Privacy policy
Isoline Growth is a trade name of Aetherium Ventures LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Isoline Growth", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through isolinegrowth.com and our emails, calls and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a map scan, download a report, book a call or contact us: your name, business name, city or ZIP code, email address or mobile number, trade, the service you want more of, and your company's revenue range. Anything you choose to tell us on a call or in a message.
- Map Snapshot lookups. When you run the free Map Snapshot, we look up the business name, city and search you enter on Google Maps through a data provider. We keep each result for 24 hours so a repeat look loads instantly, then it expires. We also keep basic counts of how often the tool is used. The business name, city and location you check are never sent to Google Analytics or Meta.
- Public business information. To prepare a scan or audit we look at public information about your business and your competitors, such as Google Business Profile listings, search rankings, reviews and website content.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a form is submitted. Your browser also keeps a small note of how you first reached the site (for example, the link or campaign you came from), and if you send us a form, that note is sent with it so we know which of our efforts are working. We also use the Meta pixel, an advertising tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies that let us measure which of our Meta ads lead to a visit, a map request or a booked call, and show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy. To limit this, adjust your Meta ad preferences or block third-party cookies in your browser. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click on our pages (with anything typed into forms hidden) so we can see where the site is confusing. Microsoft may use this information under its own privacy statement. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta pixel or Microsoft Clarity. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Client data. If you become a client, we access the accounts you authorize (for example Google Business Profile, call tracking, Google Ads, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro) under a separate agreement that governs that data.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the map scan or audit you asked for.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To send research you download and tell you when a new edition is published. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To follow up about your request and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you ask us to email you a link to your numbers or snapshot, we send that link and one reminder 30 days later, and nothing else. Your browser also keeps your last numbers so you can reload them; we don't see them unless you send them.
When we publish research, such as our market studies, we report aggregated figures or remove business names. We don't publish a named company's rankings without its permission.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and ask for your map, Isoline Growth may text you from (980) 580-6715 about that request, such as sending the map or confirming a call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security commitments: website hosting, email and calendar (Google Workspace), and the marketing and analytics tools we use to deliver scans and client work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless you become a client or the law requires longer.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or tell us to stop.
- Reply STOP to any text message.

Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
